Tuesday, May 5th

Had a good day today. Had the day off from work, but had a couple of meetings to go to as well. Mowed the lawn and pulled some weeds since the ground was still wet and soft from all of the rain we have had. I also picked up Brittni from school and took her with me to get our nails done. Dani was not feeling well, so she finished with her tech early tonight. Had to stop at Michaels store to get a latch hook for Brit's project and found a lap table for Dani to use in the car on our trip. So excited we found her one, now she will be able to play with her cards while in the car on a long trip in June.

Watched American Idol tonight....it was Rock night...so Adam did his thing. The others did not do as well. Danny's solo was not his best.

Gave Dani a bath tonight....thought she grew out of having an accident in the tub and fishing it out of the water and throwing on to the floor....I know...TMI. By the time I got her and the tub all cleaned up, she was having another one of her major screaming-at-the-top-of-her-lungs-and-crying-fits. She went from laughing to a full blown shit fit.

OMG, just saw a TGIFridays commercial and the good looked awesome!!!!!

Both kids are in bed and now the husband is heading to bed as well. Guess I better close up the computer and head to bed.

Just had a talk with Chuck about trimming the lawn and spraying for all those little black spiders that are in the back yard....yuuucckkk!

Book Club meeting.......and evening

The book club meeting was very good. I had a lot of fun and looking forward to the next one. I have already went and picked up my book for the next one. Dani and Brittni also picked up a book to read.

Just finished watching Celebrity Apprentice....it is down to the last two and they do not like each other at all.

Weather says we had a funnel cloud today during our storm in Fruitland/Payette area. There was some amazing pictures. I have added on to this blog.

Last....I am just amazed how some people who I am not mentioning, can let jealousy get the better of them and become mean over it.

Sunday.....still raining

Still raining today. Not sure if going to the book club since Lori's daughter is sick....so just waiting to hear. Still planning on taking Dani to my mom's so she can get her hair cut, since I already told her about it. Chuck decided to stay home today...but is out shopping...guy stuff. I have some pork chops in the crockpot and just finished cutting up a salad and some veggies for the week. Going to try Nutrisystem for a few weeks to see how I like it. My allergies are driving me crazy....they seem to do that when it rains like this, which is weird, because you would think the rain would wash away all of the pollen....weird. Think I will take some sinus meds and go take a little nap, then get up and give Dani a bath before taking her to my mom's. Book club meeting is at 2:00pm.

A Rainy Saturday

Today Dani and I spent the day at home. Her track practice was moved to Monday night since today it rained most of the day. We did some laundry and took a nap. The nap was interrupted by a very loud thunder/rain storm. It was nice to just lay in bed listening to it, but Dani was wide awake and was a little nervous about it. Chuck came home around 2:30pm today and is not sure if he will work tomorrow if it rains like this in the morning. I still need to get some other house work done tomorrow and I have a Book Club meeting to go to. Mom is going to watch Dani for me and cut her hair while I go to my meeting for a couple hours. Then Brittni will be home for movie night. Guess Dani is ready for bed....she just got up and closed the front blinds.

So are you just as excited as I am to go see the Twilight Movie 11.21.08? I have read all 4 books along with some of my friends and we are so excited about going to the movie together. It is going to be a blast!

Fall is here

Hope you are all enjoying the fall colors changing. I was thinking about taking the kids to the park or some where the colors are at their peak and take some family shots. Here in Idaho, the colors are so beautiful right now.
